Amanda and the team are awesome! We initially took a look at a spec build. We liked what we saw but wanted a few modifications, and she was happy to do a custom build for us. She was very helpful in helping us decide what we needed, was willing to work with some non-standard changes we wanted, and went above and beyond helping us connect with some local contractors to get everything up and running post-delivery. We liked working with them so much, we even referred a close friend to them who was also in the market, and they had a home built as well!
